三(san)相(xiang)功(gong)率(lv)變(bian)送器(qi)是(shi)壹種(zhong)既能(neng)測(ce)量(liang)有(you)功(gong)/無功(gong)功(gong)率(lv),又能(neng)計(ji)量(liang)有(you)功(gong)/無功(gong)電(dian)能(neng)的具有(you)雙重功(gong)能(neng)的儀(yi)表。是(shi)電(dian)能(neng)計(ji)量(liang)、節能(neng)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)和(he)計算(suan)機電(dian)費(fei)結(jie)算的配套(tao)儀(yi)表,本(ben)系(xi)列(lie)儀(yi)表技術(shu)指(zhi)標(biao)*符合(he)JJG596-89《電(dian)子式(shi)電(dian)能(neng)表(biao)》的要求(qiu),相(xiang)對誤(wu)差(cha)小(xiao)於0.5%電(dian)能(neng)顯(xian)示(shi)記錄(lu)裝(zhuang)置(zhi),是用於(yu)電(dian)網(wang)跳變(bian)系(xi)統(tong)理(li)想(xiang)的電(dian)子式(shi)電(dian)能(neng)表(biao)。該(gai)變(bian)送器(qi)適用於(yu)頻(pin)率(lv)為50Hz、60Hz及(ji)特(te)殊(shu)頻率(lv)的單、三(san)相(xiang)線路(lu),功(gong)率(lv)以4~20mADC輸(shu)出(chu),電(dian)能(neng)以(yi)光(guang)耦集(ji)電(dian)極(ji)開(kai)路(lu)脈(mai)沖(chong)輸出或(huo)繼電(dian)器(qi)無(wu)源接點形式(shi)脈沖(chong)輸出,以(yi)適用不(bu)同(tong)RTU和(he)電(dian)源記錄(lu)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)的要求(qiu)。
功(gong)率(lv)變(bian)送器(qi)主要由(you)三(san)相(xiang)隔離(li)采樣電(dian)路、A/D轉(zhuan)換(huan)器(qi)、單(dan)片(pian)機、DSP器(qi)件(jian)、D/A轉換(huan)器(qi)、定標(biao)放(fang)大(da)器(qi)和(he)厚膜集(ji)成(cheng)V/I轉換(huan)器(qi)組(zu)成(cheng)。可檢(jian)測(ce)供(gong)電(dian)回(hui)路單相(xiang)、三(san)相(xiang)有(you)功(gong)、無功(gong)功(gong)率(lv),同時提(ti)供(gong)標(biao)準(zhun)輸出(chu)。是(shi)壹種(zhong)能(neng)將被(bei)測(ce)有(you)功(gong)功(gong)率(lv)和(he)無功(gong)功(gong)率(lv)轉換(huan)成(cheng)直流(liu)輸出(chu)的儀(yi)器(qi),其(qi)轉換(huan)成(cheng)的直流(liu)電(dian)流(liu)或(huo)電(dian)壓為線(xian)性比(bi)例輸(shu)出(chu),並(bing)能(neng)反(fan)映(ying)出被(bei)測(ce)功(gong)率(lv)在線路(lu)中(zhong)的傳輸(shu)方向。
三(san)相(xiang)交(jiao)流(liu)輸入(ru)信號(hao)經(jing)三(san)相(xiang)隔離(li)采樣電(dian)路後,形成(cheng)三(san)相(xiang)電(dian)流(liu)、三(san)相(xiang)電(dian)壓信(xin)號的共地(di)跟蹤(zong)電(dian)壓信(xin)號,在單片(pian)機控(kong)制(zhi)下(xia)由(you)A/D轉(zhuan)換(huan)器(qi)對其進(jin)行多(duo)點同步采樣,采樣得(de)到的數(shu)據由DSP器(qi)件(jian)按(an)電(dian)工原理計算出被(bei)測(ce)信(xin)號(hao)的三(san)相(xiang)有(you)功(gong)功(gong)率(lv)(數(shu)字量(liang)),再經(jing)D/A轉換(huan)器(qi)把(ba)代表(biao)三(san)相(xiang)功(gong)率(lv)的數(shu)字信(xin)號轉換(huan)為模(mo)擬量(liang),由定標(biao)放(fang)大(da)器(qi)放(fang)大(da)、定標(biao)後,形成(cheng)直流(liu)電(dian)壓輸(shu)出VZ;VZ輸出經(jing)厚膜集(ji)成(cheng)V/I變(bian)換(huan)器(qi)後形成(cheng)0~20mA或(huo)4~20mA直流(liu)電(dian)流(liu)輸出(chu)IZ。
